We are looking for a Shuttle Bus Dispatcher to start on-site at the O'Hare International Airport in Des Plaines, IL. In this role, you would have daily communication and interaction with drivers. Tracks and reports sign-in/sign-out times of drivers, maintain vehicle inventory and communicates service issues to the Supervisors or Managers as appropriate.

Main Duties:

• Assigning drivers, radios and vehicles
• Sign-in /Sign-out Drivers at start and end of his/her shift
• Monitors radio, telephones and GPS of vehicles in service
• Maintain vehicle maintenance log and inventory
• Ensure Bus operation is always running smoothly

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of Dispatch experience
• At least 2 years of Customer service experience
• Experience with MS Excel
• Flexible Schedule

Shift: 3rd
Hours: Sunday-Thursday 9:00PM-5:30AM
Pay: $17-18/HR
