We are looking for a Material Handler/Forklift Operator to start in our clients' facility in Wood Dale, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Shipping & Receiving;
- Checking equipment in;
- Driving a forklift;
- Moving equipment to specific locations within the building;
- Tossing out old skids in back of building with a forklift;
- Cutting and disposing of old shipping boxes into recycling bins;
- Building/Modifying skids for special equipment shipments.
- Using a foam machine for some devices;
- Delivering and picking up equipment from customer sites.
Requirements:
- Materials handling and forklift experience;
- Knows how to handle FedEx and UPS shipping software;
- Knows how to handle the new replacement for NAFTA for international shipments, etc.
- Knows how to use a foam machine (Preferred, can be trained)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00/Hour
