We are looking for an experienced Transportation Clerk to start ASAP in our clients' distribution warehouse in Romeoville, IL.
Main job duties:
- Responsibilities are answering phone calls to track and trace where our drivers are
- Speaking to customers to relay that information via email/phone.
- Office clerical duties: data entry, typing, scanning, and copying documents.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a logistics office environment, track and trace experience is preferred
- Good communication skills via phone and email using Microsoft Suite
- Experience with data entry using Microsoft and other software
- Microsoft Excel Intermediate Skill level needed
Monday through Friday
6AM - 3pm
with 30-mins unpaid lunch
