We are looking for an experienced Transportation Clerk to start ASAP in our clients' distribution warehouse in Romeoville, IL.  

Main job duties:

  • Responsibilities are answering phone calls to track and trace where our drivers are
  • Speaking to customers to relay that information via email/phone.
  • Office clerical duties: data entry, typing, scanning, and copying documents.

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a logistics office environment, track and trace experience is preferred
  • Good communication skills via phone and email using Microsoft Suite 
  • Experience with data entry using Microsoft and other software 
  • Microsoft Excel Intermediate Skill level needed 

Monday through Friday 
6AM - 3pm
with 30-mins unpaid lunch

Pay: $16.00/Hour
