Transportation/Customer Service Clerk

We are looking for an experienced Transportation/Customer Service Clerk to start ASAP in the Naperville, IL Logistics office.  in this role you would be supporting the external customers as well as supporting the brokers. This is a contract to hire opportunity!

Main Duties

  • Contact carriers for invoices
  • Process carrier invoices for payment
  • Invoice customers
  • Enter orders
  • Track and Trace shipment
  • Minimal customer contact
  • Significant carrier contact
  • Basic troubleshooting when carrier service issue arises
Required Skills:
  • High Energy
  • At  least 2 years of transportation/logistics office experience
  • Previous experience with import/Export paperwork processing
  • Comfortable using a Computer. Specifically:
    • Outlook and Excel
  • Organized
  • Professional
  • Works well with others
  • Works well in high pressure
Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM
Pay: $16/hr
